You are solely responsible for verifying the suitability of any suggested step before implementation, and you agree to use your own discretion when making decisions based on the information provided by Xoonix AI.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Xoonix AI does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the Indian laws without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bengaluru Urban District Jurisdiction, except for claims that may be adjudicated in small claims court.

10. Termination

Xoonix AI reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at its sole discretion. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and delete any copies of materials obtained through the Service.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Xoonix AI regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements, whether written or oral.
